This is outrageous and ridiculously absurd. Your personal access to endgame content based on pure luck and RNG wheel. This is the most embarassing and cancer system ever been in this game so far! Why we can get access to Shaper or Atziri by just buying fragments then? But we cant buy last retarded fragments from other players somehow! Why elder can't spawn on t15 if we have shaper fragment quest on? Getting elder on t15 is absolute torment and absolutely independent on your effort/skill/time it is PURE RNG! And this just giving me AIDS.
