Losing Cosmetics skill effect gem.

Dear admin/mod, i remembered long time ago i have skill gem effect for skeleton skill gem... That named "summon statues skin" around 2014-2015 since i was playin with garena launcher... My question is, is it posible to track where the cosmetics and bring it back to my account ? Many thanks for your attention. and sry for bad english. My best regards.

Equip any skeleton gem.
Go to the 'cosmetics' tab (in your inventory). Right click on the skeleton gem down the bottom. It will show all the cosmetics available. You can then reclaim it. Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

i do know how to use cosmetics on account... what i meant is, i was have those Cosmetic "Summon statues skin" before. but after few patch within 2014-2016 and im not logged in for long time, and so i dont know why i lose that Cosmetic. Im working offshore and my time for online are limited. sry for late reply on the post.

Hello,
If you press K you will open the Cosmetics tab of of the Inventory window. Your skill gems will be listed horizontally. If you click on one (e.g. Summon Skeletons) you will be shown the MTX which you have purchased. Can you please try doing this on a character with Summon Skeletons? GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

yes i've tried but theres no Cosmetics "Summon Statues skin" on my Account. i do remembered i have that Cosmetics on between years 2014-2015 when i played POE with Garena Launcher. But idk when and why im losing that Cosmetics.

Then email support. They aren't going to do anything via the forum as account related issues are only handled via email, for obvious reasons.

yes, i've contacted Support. Unfortunately it cannot be tracked and recovered becoz its a non-purchased microtransactions. it was a rewards / gift microtransaction from GGG.

Isn't Garina a separate server from this one? If you log back to the Garina account you previously had then the skill gem should be there. MTXs do not travel between the different servers as they are maintained by a different company than GGG and they run different promos etc.
