Deal with the bandits

Hi there,
I have a problem about thi quest.
I've not been playing this game since last summer.
When GGG made huge update last year there was a problem with Bandit quest.
Quest Log shows still not completed but whenever I killed any of them nothing happened.
It happens untill yesterday :)
I went to the Kraitlyn and it asked me if I want to kill her or help (my prev option was help bt not working) so I killed her.
I did not get any reward expect a book from NPC Eramir.
So 1st of all I did not get any reward
2ndly I took wrong book, Oak book of reform.
Can I back It somehow OR just delete somehow this book?
It gives me unnecessery skills for my proffesion and takes 2 passive skill points.
I tried to sell it, drop it, kill it, burn it, evaporate it everything but I can't.
I cant also move it into my stash so its taking a place in my backpack :(

If you use the /passives chat command, does it tell you that you have two passive skill posts awarded from the quest? If so, it is completed and you’ve received your reward for doing it.

You should be able to click on the book and use the /destroy chat command.
