Is Immolate affected by Nycta's Lantern flat added fire damage?
|
Title pretty much. If I have a fire skill in nycta's lantern together with immolate, will I get double benefit from the flat added fire damage, one on the active skill and one on the immolate damage, since it states "socketed gems" and not "socketed active gems"?

Well, the wording, "Socketed gems deal 63 to 94 additional fire damage," would imply that it has to do damage itself, and since support gems don't actually DEAL damage, only the active gem gets it.
The +2 to Socketed Fire gems will affect Immolate though. |

The Immolate Support doesn't deal any damage itself, it only adds damage to the active skill it is linked to. There is nothing that you can add the extra damage to.
