 Some may know me from my SAMURAI JUGG build Welcome again Exile. This is the next build from my portfolio, prepared for 3.2 with very low to very high endgame scaling depending solely on amount of time and currency you want to invest in it. Can pretty much do all content with minimal investment and gradually the more you invest it will be able to even trashing Shaper within few seconds.
Pros & Cons
Pros: - Cheap league starter - Doesnt require specific uniques to get started - Insane scaling later on - High survivability - From relaxed play-style on the couch -> to -> 120 MPH in 2 sec - Totems - some people like them like me - Jack of all trades - its not the fastest but fast, its not the highest dps and survivability but its very high Cons: - Totems - some people dont like them - No regen maps are painful - slow you down and force to run mana flask - Jack of all trades - its not the fastest but fast, its not the highest dps and survivability but its very high - Requires some specific uniques to spread wings in end end game

I don't understand how you use this build. Like whats with the 3 Link in the gloves. vortex, Cwdt, Enfeeble? and what is arcane surge doing in the "immortal call, inc duration, vaal haste, arcane surge" boot setup. sorry if it seems obvious.
