Rare boots with moment speed

I try to get the challenge for this season and one of them is craft a pair of rare bots with movement speed but i dont get the check mark to show i have done it.

Did you craft that using the "Create levelling item..." section?
If no that is the reason. If you dont have the recipe you need to catch The Hundred Foot Shadow in Aqueduct in Act 4. |

ahh it was that i thought it could be any kind of boots as long as you pickt craft with moment speed

I'm having the same issue but with the "craft a magic colossal flask of staunching". Is there a specific recipe under leveling items? If so what do you need to craft it?
