combined with the boots/jewel that cause you to bleed and give you frenzy charges when you hit while bleeding.... you basically have zero downside. This way you can't get bleed, and any benefits of having bleed

It randomly procs them I guess. I don't use it cause it reserves mana and synergizes with the rest of the set items which I don't use so it's not worth the mana reservation. But it's so good regardless I don't care about the crabs!
