No more support ?

So did GGG support rage quit or something after recent event?

There's lot's of players currently who can't log in due to fucked up unlock code system and support fail to respond for nearly a week in some occasions.

They likely just doesn't care i guess..but it shouldn't be so? right?

It's there to help prevent accounts from being stolen. I've never heard it taking a week. Sounds like some other issue.

Yeah i understand why it's needed and it's cool. But problem is that usually email with unlock code comes in few sec ( few min at worse ) but currently it seems it's down. We don't receive unlock code until support manually sends one and support team is down ( or whatever is happening with them ) and we can't get unlock codes. I personally can't log in for 48h + and there's others who can't log in for 5+ days.
