Beast party hunting

Hey,

So, I'm looking for the unique "saqawine rhex". How does party work with capturing beasts? Someone said I have to be in the same party as the person finding it, someone else said I have to be in the same zone when it's fonud. Can someone clarify how it works. Can I have a full party, running seperate instances looking for it, and once someone finds it, can I join and capture it aswell??

Nope, they just introduced this stuff and wiki isnt up to date yet

Pretty sure they did say that once you encounter a beast it gets tagged so only those present then can capture it.

I think that answer is no. I would point you here https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Bestiary, but while it has what you are looking for listed there is not location to find it yet.
