The Memory Eater - Absence of Value and Meaning 10/15 bugged

Hi,

I'm on The Memory Eater on the final elder boss....
- Defeat Elder Guardians in Maps
- Collect the Shaper's memory fragments (10/15)

For the first time, I killed the elder final boss on "Absence of Value and Meaning" then a portal opened up, but I dead too, Zana spawned but no quest completion.

My Atlas map reset to original state without any elder influenced map. I worked my way to complete shaper influenced map to get 20 elder influenced map to unlock elder to appear on my atlas.

For the second time, I killed the elder boss on "Absence of Value and Meaning" then a portal opened up but this time Zana is not spawned and no quest completion again.


Went back to my hideout to check on Zana and confirmed no quest completion.


My Atlas map reset to original state again.



Can you check how do I proceed from here? How do I reset my quest? I don't want to stuck on 10/15 forever.
