Duelist dual wield/claws build

What do yout hunk about it? How I can improve it?
I was thinkin about armor or evasion?(iron reflexes or not?
focusing on atk speed, lifesteal, crit change/damage, and frenzy.. what should I take?

I played a Mercenary in DAOC and really hope I can create a gameplay style that will mimic it. This build looks pretty good and close to what I will try.
