Blood Altar Craft finished before core monster died
 https://imgur.com/djNJAbs Performed two blood crafts back to back, one for a unique sword which finished normally, and one for a unique armor piece which ended before the Saqawine Rhoa died. Screenshot shows the Saqawine Rhoa highlighted while it's by the Menagerie Wilds entrance.
