How do you hunt specific beasts?

For instance I want to hunt down a fenumal queen, but i have zero idea where i can find one. Is there a way to find out where a specific beast/type of beast spawns?

This is basically like nemesis, in your case Fenumal is the monster mod and Queen is the actual monster you're looking for. So you just need to find where they usually spawn, in this case:
