Bubbles for local chat?

Hello, as I was wandering through the act towns as the leveling process requires you to do, I wondered about the possibility to make a system of bubbles for local chat? I think it could make it a little more lively and would give some proximity for people looking for trades or just infos ^^

That's just a suggestion and maybe GGG thought about it and decided not to do it, but I still want to give my opinion and get the community opinion back!
