Saqawine Retches Location?

does anybody know where to find Saqawine Retches for Unique Belt Craft recipe plz?

Any map where a normal Retch can spawn by what i saw so far. Like the Imperial Gardens on Act 3 and Kaom Stronghold on Act 4 for example.

It can appear anywhere there retches appear, like the first answer said, you have to search for a red skull on minimap. Pray for it to be a recth, then pray again for it to be Saqawine, or maybe it can only be Saqawine, still didnt find one tbh

Well if you look on the edit log, the last one was like 3 years ago, so yeah is not 100% accurate, but still better than nothing?

One place I know for sure is Imperial Gardens, those fkers are always there ;)

And I just found 1 Rare in Solaris Temple Level 1.
