thoughts on my Spectral Shield Throw jugg build plan ?

Hello fellas,
i really want to use sst in the new league and this is what i've come up with.
The idea is to use jugg and stack strengh, with obscurantis, and convert all of our phys dmg to elemental with phys to lightning and some unique (not sure which yet tho) and use elemental overload.
now this is the tree :

I'm not sure yet about how i'm gonna convert the remaining 50% of phys damage : either with moonbender's wing or hrimsorrow if i want to use doon cuebiyari or the +1 chain sword in the main hand slot...
Please tell me anything you can think of about this, all ideas are welcome.

Spectral shield throw will probably need some projectile speed to feel good.

wouldn't the proj speed support be enough ?

By the way here's an update since i've ben playing with this build a little bit : i've changed the tree to something much better that should look like that
it's much better all around. The major problem i've encountered is the aoe. right now i'm using proj weakness with blasphemy for the pierce but my blasphemy gem is so low level it's completeley useless.
this is fine but makes me lose a lot of damage. a poacher's aim jewel might help - maybe.

Thoughts? It's a bad skill, don't waste your time. increased defenses from shields doesnt work with it. Attack speed while holding a shield doesn't work with it. Run, don't walk. Bad skill, GGG should be ashamed.
