"Damage Multiplier for Ailments from Critical Strikes" is still lacking

I don't know whether GGG have changed this word but it still said "now have a property called Damage Multiplier for Ailments from Critical Strikes"

my understanding is that the property is not just a keystone and we could get Ailments Critical Strikes from other ways just like equipment mod, some buff.

but now we could only get Ailments Critical Strikes from the keystone "perfect agony" and is really too weak-----------lose 30% hit damage and get 30% aliments critical strikes damage

another problem is the assassin Ascendancy's part about poison

it just means your poison deal 30% more damage when you deal a critical strike.
but before 3.0 this MOD means your critical strike poison damage deal xx% more damage. the difference is whether the critical strike itself would apply to poison.

in a word, my opinion.
1.add more mod about "alimes critical strike" to make players have more ways to make critical strike aliments build
2.the mod "poison could deal critical strike" should be added to assassin, maybe Toxic Delivery or Noxious Strike.

I think it's balance to make assassin have aliments critical strike if trickster could get a huge amount extra chaos damage.

Poison is Damage over Time. It fundamentally cannot deal a Critical Strike, as it never Hits. It applies Damage to the target continuously; there is no moment at which it could crit.
Unfortunately, the mistake you're making is in believing that Grinding Gear wants ailment-focused builds to still be capable of dealing viable damage. Outside of extremely niche cases, the only DoT skills/effects that are expected to be able to deal any damage whatsoever are Righteous Fire and sort-of Scorching Ray. Poison is effectively useless and will remain so for the foreseeable future.

Sucks, really. I actually quite enjoyed Poisonous Tornado Shot, which is a real change given how much I normally despise that skill as an inelegant and cluttersome abortion of an 'Archery' skill. Poisonous Barrage would be even better, but alas. Can't get any reasonable DPS out of Poison these days, even for just clearing. Mad suck.
