NPC Lilly not appearing for quest reward

Act 6 / Lioneye's Watch /Clear Twilight Strand & then talk to Lilly.
But she is not there and I am stuck on this quest. What to do? It is supposed to be fixed but not for me. Last bumped on Feb 18, 2018, 9:15:23 PM

check down the pier, sometimes she is still on the pier beside her boat and she hasnt moved into her regular town position yet.
I love all you people on the forums, we can disagree but still be friends and respect each other :)
