Bug Reports (Path of Exile 1) - Kaitlyn does not drop amulet - Forum

When I killed Kaitlyn nothing happened. No drop, no quest change. I think the same happened for Oak. Its an older character, all passive points were force reseted. I noticed that Eramir allows me to "change" my reward. Maybe I did the mission before? But then the mission would be marked as done, right?. But why would it say change otherwise? Im also not sure which reward he wants to change though and what I get for it. Maybe this is the solution, but its not clear: I dont want to loose 2 passive points, in case I got those before(?). The bandit rewards were changed in 3.0.0. The relevant part from the patch notes about old characters is " All characters that had completed the Deal with the Bandits quest in Act 2 Normal now have the new version of their chosen reward. All bandit rewards from Cruel and Merciless no longer exist. Players who want to change their bandit reward choice have a one-time-only option to change it by talking to Eramir and taking one of his books. These books are character-locked, so if you decide later that you don't want to change your choice, you can get rid of the book by typing /destroy. This does not give you another opportunity to choose a bandit reward, so choose carefully! My best guess is that you have a reward already and it is the one you do not get a book for. I'd like to confirm that though by looking at your character. Please unhide your character tab in the settings: here. What you get as bandit rewards is listed here in the wiki. (I also noted that your game is in German. I'm German, so if anything in my answer is unclear please say so, I can explain it in German aswell. My characters are visible now. I have this issue with my witch, which is called Bluejanis as well. I dont think I would want any of the bandits rewards, but the 2 passive points. If I did choose that in the past, how would I mark the mission as complete? Reading the wiki I assume it would be fine to take any of the books and sell it to a vendor for 20 regrets? Turns out I can't see the bandit reward the way I thought I could. Check if any of the 3 books is "Buch der Reform: Erlangt Eramirs Gunst". If that one is offered, you chose a different reward in the past and want to use that book. If that book is not offered, use the chat command "/passives" to confirm. It should tell you that you got +2 passives from "deal with the bandits" (whatever the translation is for that). You can't sell the books offered here for 20 regrets.
