Snapshotting and Weapon swap bugs/expoits with Augyre

A. Weapon swapping after proccing EO allows you to retain the 40% more damage buff from EO while getting NO penalty on your Crit or Ailment Multi until the buff expires.

B. Speccing out of EO on the tree while the 40% damage buff is active will cause the Augyre to permanently grant EO.

C. Dying and respawning in the same instance (campaign only) will cause the Augyre to premantently grant RT (Volconus has the same issue causing to never grant avatar of fire.)


(Also on previous patches the Augyre would never grant RT while having the "40% more damage" buff up(?). Currently it will rotate regardless of the buff, but this is somewhat confusing as the buff and the keystone have share the same name)
