Last 2 jewels go into the belt. No res on jewels here, instead since they're just gonna be suicide bomber SRS's, Survival is not a priority for this pvp focused setup. -Only needed here is >8% inc movement speed per jewel, and % increased minion life. And yes, all linked gems are used in each build, they're not just there to show examples. note: I initially made this build for the meme side of things, and adapting it to a serious build was an afterthought. I wanted SRS to go fast to the point where they could not be out ran. The final %inc movement speed at all 20/20 gems and a 20/23 srs, is 346%.
