Through Sacred Ground quest and challange complete doesen't work.
 Hey, today i go to the crypt and take golden hand from the table but when i talk to Yeena i get quest rewards but in log i didnt have complete challange. This kind of issue, where the game basically does know you finished something but it didn't update on the achievement server, can usually be fixed with a chat command:
/recheck_achievements |
