Endless Hunger Not Working

There seems to be a bug with the Endless hunger, since when I have Soul taker in main-hand, and bloodseeker in off-hand, and using Dual Strike skill, I am unable to over leech.

I tested this in a no regen map, using bloodrage. So first i activated bloodrage then used writhing jars to get some worms, my dual strike single it is around 10k in total, from which I leech somewhere around 370 life, so far I've lost around 40 hp from bloodrage, and after the hit im full, and instantly after it i degen again. But when I repeat the same with just Soul Taker on, with much less damage, I won't degen for around 5 seconds.

So it seems that I get the leech from both weapons instantly, instead just from bloodseeker.

I did a video demonstrating the interaction with Bloodseeker with Endless hunger.

When using Soul Taker and Bloodseeker with Dual Strike, there wasn't any over leech from Writhing Jar worms. But when I use Leap Slam, which uses only the Soul Taker, the over leech was aquired.

The Bloodseeker specifically says "Gain Life from Leech instantly from Hits with this Weapon" what the wording implies, is that the leech is only instant from the Bloodseeker and not from the Soul Taker.
