Is there an item which grants negative attributes?

Wondering about something. Is there any item that I can wield in hand (weapon/shield) that grants negative amount of any attribute? E.g. -10 Intelligence. Including odd stuff like corruptions, elder mods, etc.

I know only about reduced attribute requirement (f.e. Atziri´s foible amulet)
