Which class/ascendant/build has the HIGHEST survivability

Regardless of speed or dps (which matter heavily, but only to a second degree) which build or setup has the highest ability to survive and take hits when afflicted, cursed, and damaged?

Situational, but Juggernaut is pretty dang tanky.

My brother ran this for Abyss starter. He's sat there and facetanked things people he played with, longtime PoE Experts who are all significantly better than either of us are, thought were factually impossible to facetank, with or without Vaal Pact.

As Shagsbeard said, everything is situational (this build in particular is not as strong against degeneration damage and it has Issues with chaos damage), but for a majority of the game's content/damage output? Thicc Jugg is pretty g'damned immortal.

Now do that build for less than literally a billion Mirrors. Tell me how it goes. Guardian tanks have always been crazy hard to kill, but they also generally have to spend at least fifteen to twenty exalts, if not significantly more, on every single gear slot.

If I'm wrong link me a version at 10ex or below. I'd legitimately love to see it.

High ES regen.......hierophant?

In the past it was high dps, high ES/VP/CI stuff. A lot of "tankiness" still depends on dps (leech) and so it is hard to remove from the equation, but the above three kind of remove much of it.

The guy asked for what is the most tanky build and I gave an answer, does not mean it has to be economical.
