Southern Forest Trap Placed in Wall

In the Southern Forest (Act 6), one of the traps that spawn outside the blockaded entrance to the Forest Encampment can spawn inside a wall. The trap didn't trigger no matter how close I got to the wall, and I couldn't destroy it with AoEs like the others (presumably since there was a wall in the way).

I had The Feral Lord I prophecy triggered for this zone when the bugged spawn occurred.
