Issue only when playing PoE w/ Mouse?

Ever since this patch was released and I play poe

I will randomly get times where I cannot move my character but the surrounding environment is still continuing to flow naturally (Monsters are able to attack me etc..)
My mouse cursor does not budge for a good 5-10 seconds and even after that it is not fully responsive.

I also play Fortnite/CSGO/Overwatch..where if that happend there it would be greatly noticed/frustrating

However it does not happen on any other game or while doing other things on my computer.

I've tried reinstalling / deleting my config file (that seemed to fix the problem but only temporarily)

I even bought a new mouse thinking that was the issue,

Help please!

in your game's network settings, do you play in lockstep mode? try setting it to predictive.

if that let's you move you got connection issues on your way to the server.
