can someone explain to me what the deal is?

tried to look it up on google but cant figure it out.. whats this mod do exactly and why is it good?

some people said it actually adds quality to the gems some said it just lvls them fast but only if you have a cretin gem in it.

Because quality on the enhance/empower/enlighten gems grant more xp to those gems. You'd want to use them on a weapon swap to level the "E" gems.

Being new, I did not know what quality did for the empower gems nor did I understand what it ment when it said added quality. I had someone in game try and tell me every time the gem lvl's it gain a perm 6% quality which i assumed wasnt true. Which is why I came to the forums. dont gotta be a dick..
