Whispering Ice - Spell Totem interaction with totem skin microtransactions

I recently purchased the "Arcane Tome Totem Skin" during the super skill effect sale. However, after I equipped it, I noticed no difference to my spell totem. My first instinct was to take my spell totem skill out of my "The Whispering Ice" unique item and try my totem with a different spell. This resulted in the Tome Skin working as expected.

I have a high suspicion that this would also occur with any unique item that grants a skill similar to The Whispering Ice's "Icestorm." As well as this might occur with other totem skins. I would test it out, but I do not wish to spend money to test my theory, I hope reporting it will be enough.

To repeat the bug, use a spell totem skill gem, equipped with the Arcane Tome Totem Skin in a socket of "The Whispering Ice" so that the spell totem casts Icestorm. The spell totem should appear as the default spell totem.

I hope this fix is easy and happens soon! I was really looking forward to the arcane tome skin with the Scholar armor set!!
