The King's Feast Quest bugged.

Hi, I've already visited other similar threads in the forum, but none of the solutions work. The king's Feast quest in act 5 is bugged and I can't get the extra skill pint. I'm already mapping and still have that quest uncompleted. Utula won't appear anywhere in the Ruined Square and I've already tried things such as resetting the instance... Any ideas?

PD: After ressetting and running the instance for the 5th time, she finnally spawned. I don't know how to delete the post :(
