Elder + Possessed Foe prophecy

The "Possessed foe" prophecy triggered in a cemetery map occupied by the elder. The foe was the boss, and upon entering the arena, the boss was present (not the elder). The boss dropped loot when killed, and the elder never appeared.

Edit: All Elder guardians were dead, so just the Elder remained.

Edit2: Just tried again with a new Cemetery map, and the normal boss appeared again, so maybe it's related to my account.

Logged out and back in again, completed a few other maps. Shaper influence can be removed as normal. Elder is still occupying the cemetery map, and all elder guardians still dead.

Tried another cemetery map, and the normal boss is still spawning. My account is definitely bugged. I've already fought the Elder twice before with no issues, and they worked fine.

Is there someone I can contact to look at my account?

Finally got things working again today. Did a bunch of maps and let elder take over a few more nodes. On one of the new nodes, an elder guardian appeared (only one). Killed the guardian, then the elder successfully.
