Lava Chamber tileset error

Just today, walked into weird connection between two rooms in Lava Chamber map. In fact, there was no connection at all. Only a fence wall you can (fortunately) pass through via movement skills like flame dash or leap slam. Screenshots of both missing transition and the zone map (outlined with red) included

Also, I've expirienced an object blocking a doorway on the same map earlier. Making it impossible to progress further without proper movement skills or putting an escort mission to almost guarantee fail (as shown on attached screenshot).

i just ran into the exact same tileset and cannot complete the zana mission involved.

No doors spawned here, used movement skill
