Lightning Warp not interacting with Swift Affliction

Hey,

Lightning Warp is unaffected by the support gem Swift Affliction, screen shots below:

I've noticed this as well.

Is it just display though, because it's a different modifier? It is being supported, it's just not clear if it's affecting the duration as expected.

I did test it out and since it's only 15% I found it very hard to determine if it works or not. Either way, if it now does work then the 15% reduced duration should affect the modifier in the character tab, specially as it is shown in the mod list as a seperate mod not combined with the other reduced duration modifiers when hoovered over the ability on your action bar.
