First one has Academy Art, it only dropped for the first few months of open beta. I'm really curious.. anyone else still has one?? That's an open beta map, but I'm talking about the glyph.
While the map you posted, jungle valley, kept its glyph art since open beta, peninsula did not. This is the first (dry) peninsula map art: This is the second (dry) peninsula map art: Shortly after open beta started (I don't remember exactly when it happened..) the art from peninsula was used for the academy map and a new glyph was used. I always liked the Peninsula map and boss battle. I wonder why GGG decided to demote it from tier 8 to 5 and now 3? "You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..."
