Spectres can't summon a extra totem with Tukohama Shield

Using Tukohama's Fortress Ebony Tower Shield + Necromantic Aegis with Tukohama Vanguards spectres is not summoning a extra totem.

i have 4 Tukohama Vanguards Spectres and only 4 totems at same time, idk if this is a bug caused by the new limit from 3.1 or did i miss anything.

3.1 notes about totem limit:

Tukohama's Vanguards no longer summon multiple totems at a time while spectred, and the duration of their totems has been lowered to 5 seconds (from 10). They are less likely to place additional totems while they have at least one totem.

Since i'm using a shield to summon a extra totem, i think i could have 5 totens instead of 4.
