CWTD - Enfeeble not working?

I've got this setup in my helm, but enfeeble is not casting.

According to builds this should be working?

Do you use another curse with Blasphemy maybe and don't have +1 max curses? By default, only 1 curse can apply to enemies at the same time.

I do not. This is my current gem setup.

6 Socket (Ngamahu’s Flame Axe - Doesn’t have to be linked)
Physical Projectile Attack Damage, Greater Multiple Projectiles, Elemental Focus, Concentrated Effect, Elemental Damage with Attacks, Fire Penetration

Enfeeble is not even being cast. I can manually cast it which tells me that CWDT isn't working with it.

Ah, the problem is that Enfeeble is too high level for your level 1 cwdt. CWDT level 1 can only support gems with a level requirement of 38 or below, Enfeeble level 6 requires level 39.

You can delevel the gem by selling it with an orb of scouring to a vendor.

The restriction for CWDT applies to the level of the gem (e.g. Enfeeble) that you are trying to trigger. Mouse over CWDT and it'll tell you what the maximum level gem it can activate. It's 38 for level 1 CWDT. Mouse over and check the level of the spells you're trying to trigger (e.g. Enfeeble) and check what level the *spell* is. Enfeeble's level is too high.

So you need a lower level Enfeeble. One way to do that is to sell the gem and an orb of scouring to a vendor. The vendor will give you the same gem, but one level lower.
