Does far shot and Ascendant's deadeye mini far shot stack?

As the title says, I'd like to know if Far Shot from Lioneye's Glare and Ascendant Deadeye, "Projectiles gain Damage as they travel further" will stack with each other.

Yep.

Worth noting that Far Shot gives more projectile damage, while Deadeye gives increased damage. They are different modifiers, they can't not stack.
