The Bandit Lord Kraityn

I have this problem sicne 3.0. The problem is that despite the fact i already made quest Bandit Lor Kraityn, this quest is still active, checked /passives too, the quest is there. And I cant finish quest once more either, cause lords doesn't drop amulets for me, so pls can You fix it for me? You know this feeling when some quests are still active, they have to be made! :D

Patch 3.0 made it so that all pre-existing characters were given the 2 passive skill points reward Eramir gives people for choosing to kill all three of the bandit lords. If you want to change your reward, find Leo, Master of the Arena and talk to him about it.

You misunderstood me sir. I know what 3.0 made, and that it gave me 2 passives points which I can change blah blah...I mean why, this quest is still active when it should be already done? Marked /passives and there are 2 points for dealing with bandits, also took a book from Eramir, so quest shouldn't be active, but it is... There is no other way to get rid off this quest than using book?
