Energy Shield buff on flask?

I am still quite new to poe, only been playing for a couple of weeks. I was wondering if there were any buffs of any sort that you can find on flasks for energy shield?

I want to try that maximum 1 life immune to chaos talent (Chaos Inoculation) but a little scared that my life leech to energy shield might not be enough.

as the previous poster said you are able to use 5 utility flasks like a Granite flask for example as by late game most builds dont really need to use mana pots at least most CI builds dont and since you cant use life pots well there ya go.


CI used to be a STRONG , perhaps too strong , option due to the massive amounts of ES and instant ES leach you could get that was nerfed into the ground making CI (Chaos Innoculation) a much more Niche option and one you will have to really work at play wise knowing when to disengage to let ES regen

Just play an aegis aurora build. Then you can just facetank everything as CI. xD.

There are also a few really strong CI inquisitors out there with ghost reaver, that you can just leech ES.
