Enfeeble and Vulnerability

Hey,

so i saw this in some Builds and i dont understand the logic behind it.

The guides say that i should use for example a Enfeeble with CWDT and a Vulnerability with Curse on hit.
But they dont have items or passives to applie 2 curses on enemys...

so why should i do this?

Enfeeble is defensive, so you want to cast that one when you are under pressure. This is done with CWDT.

Vulnerability is an offensive curse, so you want that to be applied on enemies you attack. This is done with curse on hit.

You don't need to have both curses on everything. You could even go with a low level Blasphemy/Enfeeble combo to weaken offense against you in melee range, while having a curse on hit for anything farther off that you plan to attack with ranged skills.
