Watchlist failed to notify two days in a row.

Yesterday's daily deal featured, among other things, the Dragon Spear. Though this item is in my watchlist, I received neither the usual PM nor accompanying email.

Same thing today. Stormcaller goodies go up, and the gloves in my watchlist. No notifications at all went out.
