Despair on hit gloves corrupt??!

Hey guys uh...one of the best uses of vulnerability was for poison builds curse on hit with gloves?

Did GGG forget when they split to vuln and despair to add the despair curse on hit to gloves?

Or is this just further nerfing of an already barely playable poison mechanic?
