Lilly Roth i cant buy all gems from her

Hi, my problem is there: I can't buy any gems from Lilly Roth in Epilogue: Oriath.
My league is Abyss.
But i have another character in league standard and i can buy all gems problem is only on abyss
When i click Lilly i have only: "Kitava" and "Goodbye"

i tried reinstal game etc. its not working.
