Ancestral Call - Bug - Use w/ Trigger Skills Causes Glitch

Firstly, I am loving the new content and am having an absolute blast, thank you for your amazing work and dedication. Now to the issue at hand... I've been able to replicate this consistently and it has been causing my party members to crash consistently as well. When using the Ancestral Call support gem with any trigger ability (e.g. Vengeance, Reckoning, Riposte) the red Ancestral Call spirits do not disappear after the attack has finished as they do with normal attacks. This can cause a very large number of these effects to stack in an area as you block/receive hits. These effects do not go away until a new instance of the area is created. The effects can also be seen by all party members and is not restricted to the local client. I have included some screenshots below of some examples of what happens after just a few seconds of fighting.
