Reliquarian spectre does not desecrate

I have 4 Reliquarian spectres from Act 10 The Reliquary , and they do not show up in any area from desecrate

Can confirm. I cant get them to spawn even in maps they are in.
I wish you good social credit in the scores to come.

Can confirm. Played through several areas with the Reliqurian spectres and they never show up with desecrate.
