Reliquarian not appearing in the desecrate pool

It is summonable in the Reliquary but doesn't appear in the desecrate pool. It is not desecratable in the Reliquary or in another zone if bringing them as Spectres.
I don't know if this is intentional behavior or not. Last bumped on Dec 9, 2017, 9:20:30 AM
