Help with new Queen of the sands quest

Hi guys!
I'm in the desert trying to find what to do with this flash I got. I cannot find the area to use it at. It says to clear the sandstorm with it? I unlocked the whole map and looked for anything that might make sense but nothing...Nothing is on the map either. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks in advance!

Tried resetting the client and ran the entire map. Didn't work. It is in the desert, correct? I have the flask in my inventory too.

In the desert you want to go to the far bottom right corner and work your way up. The area to use the flask on is quite well hidden. Hug the far right wall and more up and you will see an are with some wooden boards leading up and to the right. If you move a little bit on that, you will see the sandstorm. It is more well hidden than before.
