Map drops make incorrect sounds now

No bug report because the bug is effortlessly reproduceable.

As most are aware, maps have 3 separate sounds upon dropping, increasingly loud/elaborate, to indicate which tier they are, whether they be white, yellow, or red.

As of 3.1.0, and the NEW map basetypes for the "War Atlas," this changed a bit, thanks to so many maps changing tier. If a map was changed in tier, it plays the sound for its OLD tier.

To illustrate, a few examples I've tested mere seconds before writing this. ALL examples are using the NEW, jagged-edge "War Atlas" maps:

  • T3 Excavation plays the sound of a red map upon dropping, as it was a T11 on the pre-war Atlas.
  • T3 Springs plays the sound of a red map upon dropping, as it was a T14 on the pre-war Atlas.
  • T7 Lava Chamber plays the sound of a red map upon dropping, as it was apparently the T12 Crematorium on the pre-war Atlas.
  • T8 Vaal Pyramid plays the sound of a white map upon dropping, as it was a T3 on the pre-war Atlas.
  • T10 Shipyard plays the sound of a red map upon dropping, as it was a T12 on the pre-war Atlas.

While not a direct gameplay or stability issue, I do think this is somewhat serious for having not been caught during testing.
