new Despair gem looks like Vulnerability

My gem which I took from boots is red and looks like Vulnerability. Gem fit into blue sockets, and show correct spell.

The old Vulnerability gem is now renamed to Despair (blue gem) and a new red Vulnerability gem is available (s. Path of Exile 3.1.0: War for the Atlas Patch Notes and Showcasing New War for the Atlas Gems and Items).

Despair (old and new) doesn`t work with curse on hit.

Since they're working on bug report #17 I despair that my Despair will be red for a few more years... Patch Notes 3.15:
Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive. Patch Notes 3.19: Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. This bug cannot be corrected, so we have implemented a 90% reduction in item access as a punishment. |

Keep a hold of it, in a few years it will be worth a hundred exalts to some collector of rare items.
