Can a budget build be easy on my FPS?

Im running the game in runescape mode but i still drop to 5fps in large packs. Is there a dream build that would either stay alive or have low effects? I just built a Scorching ray witch and it worked out okay at level 50.

Builds:

Scorching Ray, Essence Drain & Contagion, Non-Crit Cyclone Slayer or Raider, Flameblast or Flameblast Totems, Summoner (Zombies or SRS or Spectres), Sunder.


in your PoE Client options:

DISABLE the following- Engine Multithreading, Screen Shake, Post Processing, Shadows, V Sync.

Turn the following to their lowest settings- Water Detail, Sound Channel Count, Texture Filtering, Antialiasing Quality.

Play in Fullscreen or Windowed Fullscreen.

Use the DirectX 9EX client. Direct 9 otherwise.
